We usually process and dispatch your order within 3 business days once we have all items in stock at our Fulfilment Centre. If you have opted for an Express delivery rate, we will prioritise your order.
We utilise various delivery methods depending on the size of your order. Smaller items are posted via Australia Post and bulky goods are sent via selected freight and courier service providers.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery usually occurs within 5 business days, however it can take up to 20 business days in more remote areas. Please contact us if you experience a delay and we will help track the status of your order.
Some couriers and parcel services allow you to track the status of your delivery. You will receive email alerts and instructions on how to use this service if it is available.
